Ø To plan and lead the follow-up activities to verify the closure of audit items and ensure that the appropriate corrective actions are implemented thus mitigating risk exposures and achieving the desired results.

Ø Leads the division in conducting follow ups on actions recommended to audited departments to ensure that appropriate steps are taken to close the issues found during the audit.

Ø Prepares and presents the periodic follow up and status report on audit items to company Management and Audit Committee and other parties as per working requirement.

Ø Reviews Audit reports prepared by External Auditors regarding noncompliance, suggestions, and appropriate resolutions to ensure that audit findings are immediately addressed and resolved by related departments.

Assists in the preparation of the Follow-up and External Audit Section budget by preparing analysis and data related to specific elements as directed

Skills

Ø Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, and professional Auditing certification (ie. CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE)
