Technical Bus Trainer

We are seeking a highly qualified Technical Bus Trainer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field and possess excellent communication and training skills. As a Technical Bus Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our bus drivers and ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills required to operate our fleet of buses safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for bus drivers on topics such as safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and customer service.

• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and videos, to support the training programs.

• Assess the training needs of bus drivers and identify areas for improvement.

• Monitor the performance of bus drivers and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in bus operations and incorporate them into the training programs.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and maintenance, to ensure that the training programs align with organizational goals and objectives.

• Track and report on the effectiveness of the training programs, including driver performance metrics and training completion rates.

• Coordinate with external vendors or subject matter experts to deliver specialized training programs, as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to bus operations and driver training.

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bus driver or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong knowledge of bus operations and maintenance.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve driver performance.

• Proficient in using computer software and systems for training purposes.
