Job Description
Job Summary
Develop and implement Digital Services section policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfilment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services.
Scout and research new trends, benchmarks related to Big Data, AI and Innovation in Telecoms.
Carry out the day-to-day operations of the Digital Services to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employees in a motivated work environment
Identify new Digital Services to be developed based on the Marketing Plan.
Introduce and integrate digital platform across different marketing areas to enable new digital use cases, optimize digital spending and customers targeting.
Develop Digital Services Project Plans and track progress on milestones, budgets and outputs to make sure new services are being efficiently developed
Launch different targeted campaigns to drive the digital awareness and customers shift to digital channels.
Review and challenge the assessment of technical and non-technical requirements of Digital Services with the support of digital team and value added service
Validate solutions in coordination with CX, Technology and monitor communication with IT regarding enhancements to billing and customer care.
Perform other duties as required by the executive management as needed.
