Site Manager - CCGT (Combined Cycle Gas Turbine)

• Provide leadership and direction to the construction supervision team.

• Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

• Coordinate and manage daily activities of team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 3-5 years, with a focus on power generation projects, preferably CCGT.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles specific to CCGT projects.

• Demonstrated understanding of environmental regulations and safety protocols.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
