Senior Design Engineer

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Lead the design and engineering efforts for SWRO desalination plant projects from initial concept through to completion.

• Develop and review detailed engineering designs, specifications, and technical documentation for SWRO systems.

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure all design requirements and project objectives are met.

• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations for new SWRO projects.

• Oversee the preparation of engineering drawings, schematics, and layout plans.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design team members.

• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering processes.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in desalination technology and integrate innovative solutions into designs.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

What's in it for you?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in the design and development of SWRO desalination plants.

• Strong knowledge of SWRO systems, including membranes, pumps, pre-treatment processes, and control systems.

• Proven experience in leading engineering projects and working with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in engineering design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, P&ID software).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
