Your new role, what's involved?

  • Hands-on experience with a leading global engineering consultancy.

  • Mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.

  • Engage in continuous learning opportunities to understand the different functions within shared services.

  • Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities.

  • Attend training sessions and workshops offered by WSP to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Assist in various Human Resource(HR) activities and provide support to various other business support units.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as document management and organizing meetings.

  • Support finance with data entry, invoice processing, and report preparation.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of office operations and administrative functions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
