SENIOR DIGITAL COMMUNICATION ANALYST

1. Oversees the Hospital's interactions with the public by implementing the content strategies of social media platforms.

2. Conducts research on current benchmark trends as well as audience preferences.

3. Aligns the Hospital's website with its brand, strategy, and standards, as well as auditing content and removing duplicate information.

4. Develops website content to support the Hospital's goals and strategies, as well as ensuring that the website complies with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Analyses engagement data, identifies trends in customer interactions, and plans digital campaigns to build online communities.

6. Creates engaging and on-brand communications in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

7. Develops and maintain relationships with members of the press and other key external stakeholders to enhance visibility and image.

8. Monitors for website security breaches and respond as needed.

9. Ensures that the domain and hosting information on the website is correct and up to date in order to avoid potential downtime.

10. Implements security measures to protect websites. Maintains the website's domain and hosting registration.

11. Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
Detailed Description
Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or other related discipline is required
Job Requirements
Grade 09:One (1) year of related experience with Master’s, or three (3) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Grade 10: Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree, including two (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is required.
