We are seeking a User Operations to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for user operations, including CRM, activity planning, user acquisition, and customer retention.

• Support user data analysis, covering daily operational data, budget management, and user segmentation systems.

• Gain insights into user demand, explore and summarize shopping reasons and scenarios, and enhance user experience to achieve business objectives.

• Research competitors' key strategies, identify growth opportunities through market research and data analysis.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Developers to ensure project timelines are met.

Skills

• Over 5 years of experience in internet user operations, proficient in analysis tools/methods, with a data-driven mindset for designing experiments and reviewing effectiveness.

• Ability to understand user demand, scenarios, and value, proposing effective operational solutions and developing long-term plans.

• Knowledge of market segments and competitive intelligence, capable of making industry benchmark judgments.

• Understanding of business models, adept at business analysis, problem categorization, and providing reasonable solutions.

• Proficiency in English or Arabic are preferred as working languages.
