2. Proceed from user requirements and business needs, cooperate with relevant departments, promote and track design effects, and ensure the quality of design landing;

3. Cooperate in product experience evaluation, focus on problems with qualitative/quantitative methods, propose design improvement plans, and continuously optimize product experience;

4. Carry out competitive product research, summarize and share project experiences.

Skills

1. Majored in user experience design or related in university, 5 years of mobile Internet UI design experience;

2. Possess good visual expressiveness, understand design trends, provide high-quality design output;

3. Master common knowledge and methods of visual design, able to skillfully apply them in actual projects；

4. Have the ability to analyze user requirements and business needs;

5. Proficient in using design software such as Sketch, Figma, illustrator, PS;

6. Open-minded, willing to work under pressure and enjoy sharing
