Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the building a sales team of 8 to 10 people and managing them in the area, and the team management includes recruitment, training, motivation, and elimination;
Carry out business management, set targets, grasp the process, get results, review and complete the company's business targets with high efficiency and low cost through a complete process of review;
Create various communication platforms, provide effective training and coaching for team members, and cultivate competent and excellent prospective managers;
Proficient in the use of various tools, carrying out data analysis independently, finding problems from transaction data, coach team members to improve and continuously optimize plans and strategies;
Summarize and sort out various actions in the work, form a methodology that is easy to copy and promote to use, and provide suggestions for company policies.

SkillsHave more than 2 years of experience in managing sales teams or AM teams, and can maintain a good level of performance in the company;

Continuously take the initiative to share and contribute practical work experience and feasible improvement suggestions;
Value talent and staff coaching, those who have trained managers in previous jobs are preferred;
Can actively embrace change, accept job regional transfers and necessary business trip arrangements;
English and Arabic can be used as working languages, with basic reading and writing abilities in English, and proficiency in using office software such as Office.
