Job Description
Responsibilities:Recruitment and Selection Department
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the software industry.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies to source candidates.
- Conduct resume screenings, interviews, and coordinate technical assessments for potential candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Negotiate and facilitate the hiring process to secure top talent.
2. Employer Branding & Candidate Nurturing:
- Promote and enhance the company's employer brand to attract qualified candidates effectively.
- Manage the company's presence on various platforms such as job portals, career fairs, and industry events.
- Establish and foster positive relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry influencers to strengthen the employer brand.
3. Onboarding:
- Create and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the company.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and provide necessary training on company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Facilitate introductions to key team members and departments to help new employees integrate smoothly.
4. Coaching and Process Enhancement:
- Provide coaching and mentorship to hiring managers, enhancing their recruitment skills to make better hiring decisions.
- Continuously analyze and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Compensation and Benefits Department
1. Salary Administration:
- Develop and administer competitive salary structures, pay scales, and compensation policies.
- Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure our compensation packages are attractive.
- Review and approve salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs.
2. Benefits Administration:
- Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding employee benefits.
- Effectively communicate benefit offerings to employees and assist with enrollment and claims processing.
3. HR Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and regularly update HR policies and procedures in accordance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Effectively communicate policies to employees and ensure adherence through regular audits and compliance checks.
Performance Management Department
1. Goal Setting and Alignment:
- Collaborate with department heads and employees to set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure clarity and understanding of performance expectations and metrics.
2. Performance Monitoring and Feedback:
- Establish regular performance review cycles to assess employee performance against set goals.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their performance and address any gaps.
3. Recognition and Rewards:
- Implement effective recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employee achievements and contributions.
- Ensure fairness and transparency in the distribution of rewards, aligning them with organizational values and objectives.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in HR management or related roles.
- Minimum 2 years in IT/Tech industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications
