Job Description
§ Ensure agreed standard of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all areas assigned in accordance with correct procedure and administration.
§ Maintained all equipment, furniture and furnishings in the premises in good working order in accordance with correct procedure and administration.
§ Attend clients / customers complaints and other related requirements swiftly and accurately.
Maintain the visitor and contractor log book
§ Identify and anticipates client/customer requirements and needs to be coordinated to the Supervisor when required.
§ Take corrective action against emergency situations and immediately report to the Site Supervisor.
§ Ensure that cleaning standard is adhered to at all times as per the building’s Health and Safety Policies.
§ Responsible for the building plot area 24x7 hours and Handling the building keys
§ Should be sitting in the main reception of the building.
§ Sweep and mop clean floor of common areas including fire hose cabin, stairs/landings and dust clean handrails.
§ Clean Floors and walls of garbage room and toilets and all toilet fittings with suitable disinfectant and cleaning agent.
Qualifications
§ Certificate in Primary Education with relevant experience of 2-3 years in the Cleaning / Housekeeping industry, ability to work with minimum supervision.
§ Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the job requirements.
§ Ability to demonstrate basic Literacy and Numeracy
§ Must display good manners and tidiness.
§ Knowledge of security
§ Communication Skills should be good as fluent in written and spoken English will be an advantage.
Middle East driving experience will be preferred but is not essential
