Role Overview: As an Electronic Technician II, you will be responsible for maintaining electronic instrumentation to ensure reliable and well-maintained equipment, thereby ensuring service quality. Under general supervision, you will perform preventive maintenance and repair of electronic and electro-mechanical equipment at remote customer sites. Your role will also involve promoting safety awareness and compliance with environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain electronic instrumentation to ensure reliable and well-maintained equipment.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance of electronic and electro-mechanical equipment.
Provide support and repair services for electro-mechanical equipment on remote customer sites.
Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complying with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
Interpret electronic and mechanical drawings to assist in equipment repair.
Assist in supervising others and provide basic job training and guidance.
Perform work of the same or closely allied nature as needed.
Ensure that job tasks are performed correctly to indirectly impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations.
Qualifications:
Completion of an Associate's degree or 2-year vocational training in electronic technology or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year experience as an Electronic Technician I or 2 years of electro-mechanical experience.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
