Job Description
Ensures all aspects of the quality policy are implemented and carried out across the company, while overseeing the proper implementation of quality system processes for continual improvement.
Schedules and conducts within each department internal audits & Management Reviews of the Quality System (IMS) to assess compliance to the quality system and take corrective / preventive actions (where needed)
Defines, develops, maintains and provides quality system documents and monitors their activities (manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms, and other documents) to all concerned staff while providing necessary awareness training sessions to ensure proper understanding.
In charge of updating as needed and archiving all documentation pertaining to Quality Management System (IMS).
Tracks and directs corrective action process, including follow-up on activities and maintaining supportive records while promoting customer requirements throughout the organization by means of awareness sessions.
Implements best practice Quality Management Systems across DAW in terms of systems, procedures, KPIs or other activities where possible.
Develops suppliers and internal audit programs and allocates respective resources.
Handles all type of external audits within his area including customer and third party audits.
Manages existing Integrated Management Systems within DAW and monitors their effectiveness and efficiency.
Connects with International Integrated Management Systems networks.
Oversees trends and Pareto analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Designs Customer survey programs and follows up on results.
Designs systems, processes & procedures.
Documents findings of studies and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures or organizational changes.
Prepares operations and procedures manuals/ handbooks to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Confers with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
Analyzes audits results, customer complaints, internal rejections and customer survey data to identify strengths & weaknesses and generated corrective actions accordingly.
Conducts all type of scheduled and spot audits within the company premises.
