Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy. You will play a key role in shaping how our brand is perceived by consumers and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of brand positioning and consumer insights.
Articulate and communicate the company's vision and mission in a clear and compelling way.
Translate brand elements into actionable marketing plans and go-to-market strategies.
Lead a team of marketing professionals in developing and executing brand initiatives.
Spearhead creative development to craft engaging campaigns that motivate the target audience.
Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) for marketing activities and measure ROI.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
Oversee all aspects of marketing and advertising campaigns, including new initiatives and ongoing efforts.
Track product distribution channels and analyze consumer reactions.
Develop innovative strategies to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives.
Foster alignment across the company to ensure everyone is working towards the same brand goals.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing or a related field (required).
Proven work experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager (required).
Demonstrated ability to develop and present strategic brand and marketing plans to senior management (required).
Strong understanding of target audience identification and effective campaign development (required).
A comprehensive grasp of the marketing mix (4Ps) and its impact (required).
Excellent analytical skills balanced with a creative mindset (required).
Data-driven approach to decision-making with a comfort for numbers (required).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (required).
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices (required).
