Green Initiative is a specialist consultancy having group of Green Building Professionals and engineers who support Architect and MEP designers, Builders & Developers, Contractors and Subcontractors to design, construction and verify performance of buildings and interior spaces using our expertise in Sustainability. We are located in Dubai, working on projects throughout MENAT Region After having experience and working tirelessly on sustainability over a decade, we have taken the understanding to do something completely exceptional. We provide facilitation service for Third Party Green Building Certification (LEED, Estidama, Trakhees, DMGB, etc.), Building Commissioning, Envelope Commissioning, Construction Supervision, Thermal Imaging Test and Blower Door Air Tightness Test. Our unbridled outstanding record and experience in sustainability and ecologically friendly constructions reflects our passion for creating an executable system used in developing projects, sustainable research and promoting innovations.
