Senior Logistics Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Provide RSNF personnel training on Naval Supply and Logistics operations techniques, processes, and procedures.

• Deliver instructor-led Navy Supply and Logistics Training covering various programs, including Advanced Logistics, COMPASS Familiarization, Basic and Advanced Supply Enlisted Training, and Basic and Advanced Supply Officer Training.

• Analyze RSNF Logistics, Supply, and Service Support training schedules, delivery methods, and standards.

• Prepare reports, studies, briefings, and point papers with recommendations to improve RSNF Logistics and Supply processes.

• Assist in developing, modifying, and maintaining logistics technical publications for RSNF.

• Support RSNF ESS courseware development and ensure training materials are current and updated.

• Incorporate RSNF student critiques into ESS training materials.

• Prepare RSNF ESS Lesson Plans and ensure effective training of Terminal and Enabling Objectives.

• Utilize PowerPoint presentations, Job Sheets, and visual aids to enhance learning retention.

• Administer and grade RSNF ESS tests and exams.

• Perform other duties as assigned by RSNF ESS Program Manager and Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field AND five (5) years’ experience instructing students in military programs or instructing students in military programs and certified as a military training specialist.

• Professional knowledge of Navy Training Management theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques.

• Must be a United States citizen (or NITAQAT).
