Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Digital Transformation Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving organizational change through innovative digital initiatives. As the Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving technological innovation and digital transformation within the organization. This role involves analyzing business workflows, developing automation scripts, and integrating technologies like RPA and LLMs to optimize processes and enhance productivity. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance on digital initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and analyze business workflows to identify automation opportunities.

  2. Develop and implement automation scripts and integrate RPA and LMM technologies.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and align technology solutions with organizational goals.

  4. Lead training sessions and workshops to educate teams on digital technologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  5. Evaluate and recommend new digital tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business workflows and identify automation opportunities.

  • Develop custom automation scripts and bots to streamline processes.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Head IT & Digital Transformation to develop a business value-driven regional digital transformation portfolio.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved.

  • Gather data and documentation related to current business workflows.

  • Participate in and host process workshops.

  • Analyze workflow processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

  • Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to conduct a thorough assessment of workflow performance.

  • Document findings and recommendations for optimization, including potential solutions and strategies.

  • Assess current business workflows to identify potential areas for automation and optimization.

  • Research and evaluate LLM (Large Language Model) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions suitable for the organization's needs.

  • Monitor and measure the impact of LLM and RPA implementation on workflow optimization.

  • Implement digital tools, technologies, and processes to automate and optimize workflow tasks.

  • Conduct training sessions for employees on LLM and other AI technologies.

  • Provide additional support or resources for employees who require further assistance.

  • Identify AI technologies relevant to the organization's objectives and goals.

  • Train employees on how to use LLM and RPA tools effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience.

  • Experience in AI and business process improvements with technology.

  • Beneficial to have experience in data science.

  • Change management experience and workshop facilitation skills are beneficial.

  • Business acumen and understanding of organization structures and general business operations.

  • Ability to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement within business processes.

  • Problem identification and solving skills are an advantage.
