Key Responsibilities

To effectively oversee the learning management system (LMS) of EWA and fulfill all curriculum-related responsibilities aligned with the academy's vision. This role centers on managing and enhancing institutional quality and standards to uphold the quality of student learning, teaching, and the academy's reputation. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing academy policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across departments, maintaining oversight of quality assurance systems, and offering guidance on quality matters to senior managers, faculty staff, and academy partners.

Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in conducting needs analysis to design and implement courses and educational programs.
