Job Description
As the Learning Management System (LMS) Supervisor at EWA, your role is pivotal in implementing, running, and supervising the learning management system, alongside managing other demands associated with the academy's curriculum work. This position is crucial for maintaining institutional quality and standards to ensure the high quality of student learning, teaching, and the academy's reputation. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality assurance framework, supporting policy development, and providing guidance on quality matters to faculty, senior management, and academy partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, run, and supervise the learning management system, ensuring its effective operation.
Enhance the institutional quality and standards framework to maintain the quality of student learning and teaching.
Support the development of academy policies and procedures and ensure their consistent implementation.
Maintain oversight of quality assurance systems and procedures.
Provide advice and support on quality matters to senior managers, faculty staff, and academy partners.
Conduct needs analysis to design and implement courses and educational programs.
Utilize negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage video conferencing and video editing processes associated with the learning management system.
Maintain attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure efficient operation.
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and teamwork.
Manage projects related to curriculum development and learning management.
Continuously learn and adapt to innovative solutions for problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
Minimum Experience:
5+ years of experience in conducting needs analysis to design and implement courses and educational programs.
