Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to lead a team within a service delivery function!
Responsibilities:
Provide full line management for your team, including task delegation, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Oversee the overall health and operational status of IT systems, networks, infrastructure, service desks, user login environments (ULVs), and applications.
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and act as an escalation point for managers when necessary.
Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to the business.
Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with business units and third-party vendors.
Manage incidents, requests, and problems, identifying and implementing solutions or workarounds.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, processes, and procedures for the IT service delivery function.
Create and manage a comprehensive library of reports and document records.
Conduct trend analysis and proactively address potential problems.
Work effectively under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including leading a team, supporting analysts, and handling mini-projects.
Ensure all IT services meet established standards and procedures.
Collaborate with various business and technical teams to improve service delivery, performance, and system monitoring.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating IT teams.
Proven experience in IT service delivery and operations management.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, infrastructure, and service desk operations.
Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ITIL best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in creating and maintaining documentation and reports.
Expertise in incident, request, and problem management.
Proficient in trend analysis and proactive problem identification.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong commitment to quality and adherence to established standards.
