Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users across a wide range of business software applications.

• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.

• Develop and implement software solutions to automate tasks and improve business processes.

• Troubleshoot software issues and identify root causes of malfunctions.

• Analyze business needs and propose technology solutions to enhance performance and achieve strategic goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to understand their needs and implement solutions.

• Maintain knowledge of different operating systems, programming languages, and database technologies (e.g., SQL).

• Anticipate potential IT issues and implement proactive measures to prevent them.

• Work effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve AMP (Advanced Monitoring Platform) field operation issues remotely and on-site, 24/7.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills with experience in various business software applications.

• Proficient in database management, including knowledge of SQL.

• Experience with basic network configuration is a plus.

• Understanding of IT hardware and software.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
