Job Description
A. Basic Scope of Work:
.NET Application Support
B. Accountabilities:
Support large-scale .NET applications to meet defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Design, develop, code, and debug software systems or applications as needed.
Collaborate with various teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) to deliver user experiences on schedule.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable automation processes and code.
Ensure optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Identify and resolve application bottlenecks and bugs.
Practice Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Maintain a strong focus on delivering a consistent and positive user experience.
