We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our team in Kuwait. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our students. You will assist in planning and implementing educational activities, as well as providing individualized support to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities for students.

• Provide individualized support to students, including helping with assignments and projects.

• Supervise students during classroom activities and ensure their safety at all times.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment.

• Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student performance.

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

• Adhere to all school policies and procedures.

Skills

• A minimum of 1-5 years of experience working in a similar role.

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
