Role Summary

As a Memberships Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and growing our community of aligned Members and Partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in purpose-driven lead generation, understands relational value, and is excited by the idea of stewarding conversations that lead to meaningful capital and resource flow.

You will be responsible for identifying qualified leads, managing the outreach and conversion process, and building strong, trust-based relationships with mission-aligned stakeholders. With a consultative, values-aligned approach, you’ll support prospective Members and Partners in understanding the unique offering of the Collective Continuum and how they can co-create within it.


Responsibilities

  • Drive qualified lead generation through a mix of outreach, referrals, and inbound interest,
  • Conduct discovery conversations and consultations with prospective Members, Partners, and Venture allies,
  • Guide prospects through the journey of understanding CoCo’s ecosystem and value proposition,
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and communication teams to align messaging and storytelling,
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, lead status, and pipeline performance using CRM tools,
  • Support in designing and executing relationship-nurture campaigns to build long-term engagement,
  • Represent Collective Continuum at events, forums, and virtual gatherings when needed,
  • Continuously improve the sales process based on data, feedback, and evolving strategy.


Core Skills

Relational Sales: Ability to engage stakeholders with empathy, insight, and values-aligned messaging,

Consultative Approach: Strong listening and discovery skills to uncover motivations and align value,

Storytelling & Positioning: Comfort in articulating complex concepts clearly and compellingly,

CRM Proficiency: Experience managing pipelines and workflows in tools like Click Up.

Collaboration: Comfortable working across functions (comms, product, strategy) to ensure aligned messaging and goals,

Target Orientation: Experience achieving or exceeding sales goals in purpose-driven environments.


Role Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles, ideally in a purpose-driven organization,
  • Demonstrated success in consultative or relationship-based sales models,
  • Experience working with high-level stakeholders such as philanthropists, family offices, or institutional partners,
  • Exceptional communication skills — both verbal and written,
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and long-lead relationship cycles,
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely with high integrity and responsiveness.


Desirable

  • Background in social enterprise, philanthropy, or impact investing,
  • Familiarity with network-based or ecosystem models,
  • Passion for building economic systems rooted in generosity, care, and transformation.
