Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, property management, or a related field.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, ensuring all facilities are properly maintained and operational.
Build and maintain strong relationships with mall tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract shoppers and increase foot traffic.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
