Bachelor's degree in business management
Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in a related field.
Formulate and recommend procurement proposals and sourcing and contract management strategies considering business requirements and target savings.
Evaluate or monitor contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extension of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
Serve as the liaison officer to ensure fulfillment of obligations by contractors.
Coordinate bid/tender formulating activities.
