We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely management of our medical and healthcare equipment supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of our supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, and delivery.

• Oversee shipments to ensure they are handled efficiently, meet deadlines, and adhere to budget constraints.

• Foster clear communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to streamline logistics processes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments and inventory levels.

• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process.

• Continuously analyze and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.

• Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or a similar role within the medical and healthcare equipment industry (preferred).

• Strong working knowledge of logistics software and systems.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to problem-solve effectively.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Additional Requirements

• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.

• Must be fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
