Job Description
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in strategy and performance, preferably in the government sector
Strategy management certification ( e.g. Balanced scorecard)
Skills in data analytical tools such as PowerBI, Visio or Microsoft Excel
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills (Arabic/English)
Experience in strategy and performance tools
Responsibility:
Prepare/draft corporate strategy level, including cascading to sector and departmental in terms of objectives and KPIs
Plan and ensure strategy execution with sectors and departments, including initiatives, projects, etc.
Identify and manage strategic and operational KPIs including targets, frequent reporting, benchmarks, etc.
Report on strategy achievements on a periodic basis
