Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice to assist them in their purchase decisions, ensuring compliance with quality and customer service standards.
Communicate sales plans and targets to the shop/department team, monitor performance regularly, and suggest corrective actions to hierarchy when necessary.
Assign routine and non-routine tasks to Sales Associates, Cashiers, and Coordinators, ensuring efficient task execution.
Assist in preparing the staff schedule to ensure optimal manpower utilization aligned with operational requirements.
Support the Shop/Department Manager in maintaining inventories and placing product orders to ensure effective stock management and product availability.
Motivate team members and provide necessary support in training and development to optimize sales results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English
Strong product knowledge
