Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Technician to join our Garage Equipment Division. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of various machines in our garage equipment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Service: Conduct installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair tasks for a range of garage equipment, including wheel balancers, tire changers, wheel alignment machines, vehicle lifts, and air compressors.

2. Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical expertise in electrical/electronic engineering to ensure the proper functioning of garage equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

3. Customer Service: Maintain a customer service-oriented approach in all interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.

4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team environment, coordinating with colleagues to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of tasks.

5. Project Management: Design systems that meet customer needs and project deadlines, ensuring all installations and repairs are completed accurately and on time.

6. Initiative and Motivation: Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in your work, taking proactive steps to address challenges and improve processes.

7. Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and demands in a dynamic work environment.

8. Continuous Learning: Display a willingness to learn and stay updated on new technologies, techniques, and best practices in garage equipment maintenance and repair.

Skills Required:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a wide range of garage equipment maintenance.

• Proficiency in machinery maintenance and repair.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

This position is based in Kuwait and is offered by a private sector employer in the automotive dealership and distributor industry. The monthly salary range is unspecified, and there is one vacancy available.
