Business Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team specializing in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support our organization's growth and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Data Analysis:

  • Consolidate and analyze financial data, including budgets, financial statement forecasts, and cash flow projections.

  • Prepare and present financial analysis and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

• Strategic Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.

• Variance Analysis:

  • Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance.

• Trend Analysis:

  • Provide insights into financial trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Financial Modeling:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.

• Industry Awareness:

  • Stay current with industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory developments to improve financial analysis and decision-making.

• Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market and industry analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Operational Cost Control:

  • Analyze and control operational costs, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Monitor and report on cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

  • Work closely with operational teams to optimize resource allocation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools, such as Excel & Power BI.

  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.

• Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Business/Financial Analyst role, with a focus on the automotive industry.

• Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
