Technician

AADC is seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background and a strong passion for problem-solving. As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various equipment and systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections on equipment and systems.

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

• Perform installations and upgrades on equipment and systems.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.

• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner.

• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians when needed.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a technician or similar role.

• Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
