Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing demand planning strategies to ensure production aligns with sales forecasts and inventory needs.
Managing comprehensive order processing and overseeing logistics to guarantee efficient delivery schedules.
Maintaining precise inventory records and conducting regular audits for data accuracy
Determine optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize storage costs while meeting production schedules. Balancing stock levels is essential to avoid excess inventory costs or shortages.
Manage the transport of goods from raw materials to finished products.
Select transport options, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure contractual compliance, resolve any issues, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Collaborate with other departments (such as sales, marketing, and operations) to integrate supply chain management with broader company strategies.
