We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. The Data Analyst will work closely with various departments especially with the Supply Chain department to identify opportunities for process improvement and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

Data Collection and Processing:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Manage and organize large datasets for analysis purposes.

Data Analysis:

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate meaningful insights.

• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and dashboards.

Reporting:

• Create and present comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.

Data Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce data quality standards and processes.

• Identify and address data discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with supply chain management team to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.

• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and compatibility.

Business Intelligence:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of business intelligence tools and platforms.

• Provide support in the implementation of data-driven strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
