Household Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance: Handle various general maintenance tasks around the property including but not limited to minor repairs, carpentry work, and equipment maintenance.

• Electrical Maintenance: Conduct routine electrical maintenance tasks, troubleshoot electrical issues, and perform repairs as necessary.

• Plumbing Maintenance: Inspect plumbing systems, identify problems, and carry out repairs or replacements of fixtures and pipes.

• Painting: Perform interior and exterior painting tasks, including preparation of surfaces, application of paint, and finishing touches to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.

• Dog Care: Provide occasional dog walking services and ensure the safety and well-being of the dog while on the property.

• Gardening: Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, planting, and watering to upkeep the landscaping of the property.

• Pool Maintenance: Conduct routine checks of the pool equipment, maintain proper chemical balance, and perform cleaning tasks to ensure the pool remains safe and operational.

• Adherence to Safety Standards: Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance, with expertise in electricity, plumbing, and painting.

• Comfortable working around dogs and willing to provide occasional dog walking services.

• Experience in gardening and pool maintenance is preferred.

• Possession of a valid driving license is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
