Lead / Senior Engineer (Inspection)

Yasref is seeking a highly motivated and experienced engineer to join their team!

Job Summary:

This role requires a skilled engineer to provide real-time technical solutions and support refinery operations. You will identify and resolve operational issues, ensure adherence to company strategies, and develop engineering solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely engineering solutions to meet refinery needs.

• Respond to operational abnormalities and provide necessary engineering support.

• Ensure compliance with Yasref's strategies and operational priorities.

• Minimize downtime and maximize productivity through prompt engineering solutions.

• Develop engineering strategies to reduce costs, improve asset efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.

Skills:

• Technical studies, documentation, and problem-solving.

• In-depth knowledge of engineering materials, equipment, and facilities.

• Process improvement and optimization techniques.

• Safety procedures, standards, and compliance.

• Technical data management expertise.

• Understanding of technical standards and regulations.

• Experience with inspections, testing, and reporting.

Experience:

• Lead Engineer: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (required).

• Senior Engineer: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (required).

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Computer Engineering (required).
