Sales & Service Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Service Engineer to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia!

About the Role:

In this unique role, you will leverage your technical expertise to not only provide exceptional service to our customers but also contribute to our sales efforts. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support, while also identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the fertilizer, minerals, biosolids, and grain processing industries.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your strong technical background to diagnose and resolve customer issues on-site.

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service calls, and equipment repairs.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers at their locations.

• Generate detailed and timely sales and service reports for company records.

• Contribute to the sales process, leveraging your technical expertise to build customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.

• 2-3 years of experience in process engineering, ideally within the fertilizer, minerals, biosolids, or grain processing industries.

• Experience in dry material handling components is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD software (essential).

• Basic understanding of electrical systems (a plus).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness to relocate and work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
