Your New Role:
As a Technical Manager at WSP Riyadh, you'll oversee site supervision activities for landmark projects in Riyadh. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and strategic direction in site supervision activities.
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Overseeing technical aspects of construction projects, including road, bridges, highway, and tunnel projects.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Conducting site inspections, audits, and reviewing technical documentation.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 20 years of experience in site supervision and construction management.
- Track record of managing large-scale projects with top international construction consultants.
- Strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles and project management practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant project management software.
