Position Overview: WSP is seeking an Interior Design Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision, inspection, testing, and commissioning for a project based in Riyadh. As an Interior Design Architect, you will provide inspection comments, coordinate supervision schedules, issue site observation reports, maintain interior design works status, provide advice on design problems, prepare project status reports, conduct snagging and de-snagging on-site, and confirm completion of outstanding interior design works by the contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspection comments and coordinate supervision schedules

• Issue site observation reports and maintain inspection log

• Maintain status of interior design works and provide advice on design problems

• Prepare monthly project status reports as per client's requirements

• Conduct snagging and de-snagging on-site and confirm completion of outstanding works

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture from a recognized university

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in the Gulf region

• Preference for candidates based in Saudi Arabia
