Job Description

Research and Analysis:

  • Collect company data and conduct internal/external research for opportunity response documents and strategy development.

  • Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to support strategy development.

  • Collaborate with the core Account team to establish and maintain customer strategies and related information repositories.

Sales Collateral Development and Knowledge Management:

  • Develop sales documents using applicable tools and templates.

  • Maintain sales qualification materials and supporting information in designated systems.

  • Coordinate with operations personnel for sales material development.

  • Proofread and edit technical and non-technical documents for consistency.

  • Develop and deliver customer presentations.

Opportunity Response Coordination:

  • Liaise with Outside Sales and Leadership Team to develop strategy.

  • Organize and participate in response-related meetings.

  • Monitor progress against opportunity response plan.

  • Coordinate response reviews and approvals.

  • Manage the development of compliant, competitive, and compelling proposals.

General Coordination Activities:

  • Develop a network within the company for sharing relevant information and best practices.

  • Coordinate with graphics personnel and print vendors as needed.

  • Provide assistance to sales management for preparing sales reports.

  • Train and mentor junior personnel.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate identity standards in all business development media.

  • Coordinate ISC and Creative Specialist personnel, as applicable.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Experience in Sales, Projects, and/or Project Management.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint online, and Adobe software suite.

This role requires someone with strong research and analysis skills, proficiency in sales collateral development, and experience in opportunity response coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, along with proficiency in relevant software applications.
