Worley is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instrumentation & Control Engineer to join their growing team!

About the Role:
In this role, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems for Oil & Gas projects, particularly offshore production complexes and wellhead platforms. You will leverage your expertise in industry standards, software, and engineering principles to ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of these systems.
Responsibilities:
Participate in various engineering reviews (HAZOP, PHA, HIPS, SIS, SIL, etc.) and workshops (Value Engineering, Constructability, Model Review, Lesson Learned).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet safety and environmental requirements.
Develop engineering design scopes, estimates, proposals, and change orders.
Prepare detailed I&C design documents, including P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, instrument datasheets, and bills of materials.
Perform I&C system calculations and ensure design compliance with project specifications.
Conduct site visits and liaise with engineers regarding design and construction activities.
Participate in project planning and resource allocation.
Mentor and train junior team members.
Ensure adherence to Worley's Quality Assurance and Safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification (Bachelor's degree) in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on Offshore Oil & Gas.
5+ years of experience working with I&C systems in the Oil & Gas industry.
In-depth knowledge and experience with I&C systems, including process instrumentation, DCS, RTU, SCADA, Fire & Gas, ESD Systems & Valves.
Proficiency in Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) and other relevant design software (e.g., PDS/PDMS, MicroStation).
Working knowledge of industry standards and codes related to I&C systems.
Experience developing Instrument wiring and loop drawings, Instrument hook-up details, and MTOs.
Excellent understanding of safety principles and adherence to OH&S procedures.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
