Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Address client complaints and inquiries effectively.
Handle client payments and collections.
Utilize the company's computer system for data entry and record keeping.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Support the team with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (required).
Strong customer service and sales skills (required).
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with a professional phone manner (required).
Strong command of spelling and grammar (required).
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail (required).
Experience working in a UAE office environment (preferred).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively (required).
Self-motivated, dedicated, and possess excellent time management skills (required).
