Job Summary

As a Senior IT Ops Specialist, you'll provide technical support across all Unifonic locations. You'll ensure proper access to company assets, optimize technology use, enhance system performance, secure data, and advise on IT equipment upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT assistance to all Unifonic employees.

• Resolve logged issues promptly.

• Monitor hardware, software, and system performance metrics.

• Update computer software and upgrade hardware/systems.

• Maintain office networks.

• Document processes and perform diagnostic tests.

• Ensure IT assets comply with cybersecurity regulations.

• Track technological advancements and IT support trends.

• Collaborate with Engineering teams to maintain core system access.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT technical support experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field (preferred).

• Exceptional technical support and problem-solving skills.

• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.

• Strong understanding of IAM and MDM tools (OKTA, Jumpcloud, etc.).

• Experience with setting up Fortinet firewalls.

• Experience in process documentation and performance metric monitoring.

• Ability to stay current with technical innovations and IT support trends.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
