We are seeking an experienced and talented Sushi Chef to join our team in Kuwait. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Japanese cuisine and a keen eye for detail. If you have excellent knife skills, can work well under pressure, and have a creative approach to sushi making, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare sushi dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.

2. Create visually appealing sushi rolls using a variety of ingredients.

3. Ensure the freshness and quality of all sushi ingredients.

4. Maintain a clean and organized work station.

5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate the timing of sushi orders.

6. Train and mentor junior sushi chefs.

7. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

8. Stay updated on current sushi trends and techniques.

9. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer feedback or concerns.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role.

2. Knowledge of various sushi types and presentation techniques.

3. Strong knife skills and the ability to handle delicate ingredients.

4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

5. Creativity and a passion for creating visually appealing dishes.

6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

8. Ability to adapt to changing menus and customer preferences.

9. Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus.
