Job Description
1. JOB PURPOSE:
Heavily involved in the NOC approvals and authorities’ coordination for projects.2. KEY RESULTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Experienced in obtaining NOC, Authorities Approvals, and coordination with authorities for projects.
Ensure the timely submissions of NOC application through Authorities portals and well versed with the authorities’ requirements.
Supervise and ensure effective communication between the engineers, contractors, authorities and other third parties.
Ensure proper integration and coordination with authorities for NOC applied Attend authorities’ meetings and follow-up with approvals of NOC.
Coordinate and collect information from relevant government authorities, third-party consultants and contractors if required, attend co-ordination meetings, and provide support during NOC process.
Monitor progress and review of drawings and documentations required for NOC’s Applications.
Coordination with the Client (both internal and external) and liaise with all government offices and service authorities in Dubai and UAE as required for all technical queries and issues.
Maintain regular follow up on submissions made to the different authorities Manage the progress, track all NOC’s Applications, control memos, transmittal and letters related to NOC activities and ensure all of them are completed on time.
Keep accurate records of all permits, NOC and approvals, Act as a liaison on technical matters between Building and Facilities and Government Authorities.
Maintain sufficient information and stay updated on changes in regulations and codes that may impact NOC and permits applications.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure all permit-related tasks are completed effectively
Provide related progress status fulfill all reporting requirements and maintain records concerning NOCs related data and prepare reports to concerned supervisor/manager.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.

Requirements
Bachelor’s in engineering from a recognized university.
1 to 3 years’ experience in similar filed.
Possess good leadership skills including the ability to lead & motivate his team, decision-making skills, ability to perform multitasking, follow up and planning abilities, time management, and good computer skills.
Very good communication skills, fluent in report writing and group facilitation; presentation skills, and fluency in speaking and writing in English and Arabic.
Analytical thinking, problem solving, business innovation, and customer service orientation.
