Lead Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily project activities and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

• Identify opportunities to continuously improve systems and processes, aligning with best practices.

• Build relationships with key internal stakeholders.

• Gather feedback from internal stakeholders on challenges and requirements.

• Contribute to progress reports for stakeholders to keep them informed.

• Develop project control guidelines, processes, and templates for project management, disseminating them to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Program Manager to prioritize projects based on strategic plans.

• Oversee project planning, including activity sequencing, budgets, timelines, communication, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for project performance monitoring.

• Assist in selecting service providers, negotiating terms, and ensuring optimal cost and successful delivery.

• Facilitate project implementation, review change requests for alignment with plans and strategy.

• Monitor project implementation, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

• Identify and address day-to-day issues and risks, proposing solutions and escalating when necessary.

• Develop accurate and timely progress reports to provide updates and support decision-making.

• Analyze project KPIs for budget, resources, and utilization, recommending improvements for future projects.

• Prepare project closure reports, verifying deliverables align with the approved plan.

• Evaluate service provider performance and ensure adherence to scope of work and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of project management experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
