Job Description

EPG is seeking a talented and organized HR Administrator to join their growing team in Kuwait!

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a bridge between employees and management, fostering positive employee relations.

  • Coordinate with government departments to obtain ministry approvals, visas, and residency renewals.

  • Support new hires (local and international) throughout the onboarding process.

  • Maintain and update HR information systems.

  • Assist with special HR projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or officer roles (required).

  • Strong understanding of Kuwaiti labor practices and government relations (required).

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) (required).
