Responsibilities:

• Supervising technicians & planning required number to ensure completion stage.

• Managing parts of construction projects

• Overseeing building work

• Undertaking surveys

• Checking technical designs, drawings, and outlines to ensure that they are followed correctly

• Supervising contracted staff & subcontractors

• Preparing site reports

• Ensuring that health and safety policies and legislation are adhered to.

• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales

• Liaising with concerned parties (such as clients & contractors)

• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

• 1- 2 years' experience in construction activities (General construction).
