Graphic Designer

TAKADAO is looking for a Graphic Designer who will help us produce brand assets and marketing collateral including social content, infographics, case studies, and more. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about every pixel, but with the ability to meet deadlines with agility.

This is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design cutting-edge website and social media content built to excite and motivate customer engagement and community building
• Collaborate between the brand and communications and marketing teams on the creation, trafficking, versioning, and archival of all digital marketing assets, inclusive of social media, email, website, blog, etc.
• Work and design within Takadao’s proprietary design tools for the creation of NFT’s
• Maintain an active understanding of social media trends, consumer insights, and competitors in the market to influence design aesthetics and strategy through the development of mood, trend, and ideation boards
• Design consistent templates for pitch decks, presentations, social posts, overlays, etc.
• Propose potential new content projects.
• Propose inventive ways to repurpose existing content.
• Confidently share fresh perspectives that will enhance creativity and promote new ideas through written and verbal communications with internal partners

Job Requirements:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion graphics, or equivalent experience
• Portfolio Required. Please send us your portfolio website, social account, and/or a portfolio PDF.
• You have 4+ years of work experience in design (in-house, and/or freelance)
• You are exceptionally competent working in AE and Photoshop. Illustrator and InDesign skills are a plus.
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, adapt to change, and maintain composure under pressure. Maintains a positive and professional attitude toward team members, vendors, and clients.
• You have experience with Social and Marketing campaigns
• You have ease at presenting your work and explaining design decisions
• You will have the opportunity to develop new skills and learn cutting-edge technologies that will enhance the quality and efficiency of your work.
• You have a love of blockchain & crypto, and/or collectibles!
• Ability to work remotely in a consistent and productive manner.
